About

Grace Zuncic joined Manna Tree as Managing Director of Human Talent, bringing her expertise to lead the firm’s recruitment, professional development, and workplace culture initiatives. Her leadership enhances Manna Tree’s ability to attract and retain top talent, supporting the firm’s mission to invest in transformative companies in the health and wellness sector.

Grace’s leadership is centered on fostering transformational experiences in inclusive, mission-driven organizations, focusing on talent and organizational development, total rewards, sustainability, and corporate strategy. Her passion for mission, process, and culture thrives in high-growth and dynamic environments.

Prior to joining Manna Tree, Grace served as Chief People and Impact Officer and Senior Advisor at Cotopaxi, where she led the company’s people strategy, sustainability and impact initiatives, ESG reporting, and philanthropic programs during a period of notable growth for the business. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Cotopaxi Foundation, supporting the organization’s mission to eradicate poverty in our lifetimes.

Before joining Cotopaxi, Grace spent a decade at Chobani, where she held several executive roles on the company’s Executive Leadership Team. As Chief People and Culture Officer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, and Chief of Staff and Strategy, she played a pivotal role in shaping Chobani’s people, culture, and business strategy. She also served on the Board of Directors for Chobani Australia from 2016 to 2022. Prior to Chobani, Grace was an investment advisor at Goldman Sachs.

Grace is a Board member of King Arthur Baking Company and an executive member of Boston College’s Wall Street Business Leadership Council. She also advises various non-profits, to include the Tory Burch Foundation.

Grace earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Political Science summa cum laude from Boston College. She received her MBA from Harvard Business School in 2010, where she served as Co-President of the Outdoors Club.

She resides in Larchmont, New York, with her husband Eric and their two young children. An active runner, baker, skier, and community volunteer, Grace enjoys staying engaged with her local community and pursuing her personal passions.
